Do you offer refunds?
Yes and no it all depends on how fast you message us. If you message before our fulfillment team has shipped your order then we can refund you. Please be sure to message immediately if you want to request a refund for best chances. Officially, we do not offer refunds unless the order is still in the cue for shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you want to change your order, we can sometimes accommodate if you message us right away and our team has not shipped your order yet.
Why don’t you offer exchanges or refunds?
At kindseed.com, we want to offer high quality seeds with the best chance of success for our customers. Once the products leave our warehouse, their viability now depends on how other people store and care for the products which we cannot control. Since we won’t ship seeds that have been previously sold to another customer, we don’t offer returns or exchanges.
Are there any exceptions?
You can open a ticket to ask for special treatment if you feel your situation warrants.
We rarely make exceptions unless there are circumstances such as fraud or problems with delivery because of delivery address located in an area we do not ship to.

How does your germination guarantee work?
On all Weed Seeds Usa white label seeds, we offer a limited guarantee that your seeds will germinate. You must reach out to us within 3 months of your purchase and fill out a quick online form telling us about your experience.
We do not warranty branded seeds from EU seed banks.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements for any reason.
What reasons would disqualify me from getting a germination guarantee?

How long does your germination guarantee last?
We offer protection for three months from the date of purchase on Weed Seeds Usa white label seeds.
Some product lines offer upgrade insurance to extend the time frame for replacements.
Can I extend my guarantee to last up to one year?
Yes, we offer an upgrade insurance for $2 per seed that will extend your guarantee to one year after purchase. This is only available on Weed Seeds Usa white label cannabis seeds.
Do you offer a guarantee on wholesale seeds?
No, orders over 200 seeds are not eligible for a guarantee. Instead, we offer everyday low pricing and test our stocks regularly to ensure that our germination rates are within acceptable standards. We also store in humidity and temperature-controlled environments doing everything in our power to extend the life of our seeds. Germination large batches of seeds is more difficult than small batches, so we encourage our wholesale customers to learn how to do small batches before trying.
Are my replacements from the same batch?
Yes, this can be an issue to consider when asking for replacements. Seeds are created in batches and often we only have one batch on hand of a particular strain. Please let our team know an alternative strain you prefer to avoid getting seeds from the same batch.
Can I ask for replacements more than once per order?
No, replacements are a one-time benefit. We do not guarantee the replacements.

What seeds in my order are included in the germination guarantee?
We guarantee only Weed Seeds Usa white label seeds that are purchased by you directly. We do not guarantee freebees or buy one get one frees (bogos).
How long does shipping take?
When you shop at Kind Seed Co, we do our very best to get every order out on the next business day after shipping. So that means, we have your order packaged with care and given to USPS on the next business day. From that point, it really depends where you are in the country in relation to New York. During Christmas and winter and holidays it can take longer but most packages are delivered within ten days country wide. Often people receive their packages in only a few days. We do not have control to make any changes or speed things up once USPS has your package.
My tracking is showing delivered but I didn't receive my package?
This is a good news / bad news situation. First, you need to message us at [email protected] and let us know. We will provide you with an invoice and some information on how to open up an investigation with USPS. The process takes a few days and nine times out of ten the package is magically delivered to you after completing this step. If USPS cannot help, then message us again and we will reship in most circumstances. Some exceptions, you have a history of this happening or you used a fake address or fake name or you got the address wrong on your order.
My tracking is taking a strange route to get to me?
This is known to happen and don't worry, the tracking doesn't need to be a perfect straight line to get your package delivered safely. Sometimes the routes that are taken are mind boggling and its best just to be patient. If the package has taken more than two weeks to get delivered or failed to update for a period of time (our discretion) then we will reship. If by chance you receive a reshipment and then your package is also delivered, you get to keep both packages as our thank-you for patience. We do our best to get your deliveries to you fast, but USPS can definitely be disappointing sometimes too.
I opened my package and its missing some items, what should I do?

Can customer service apply a coupon for me?
Any coupons must be applied by the customer. Our support team does not have the ability to add coupons for you.
How long does it take to confirm a Venmo payment?
Venmo payments require a manual update from our payments team. This is only done during business hours Monday to Friday. If you make a payment off hours, we may have to wait until the next business day to confirm. Our payments team does start early, so that often this delay does NOT result in delayed shipping and only in communication. We appreciate your business.
How long does it take to confirm a crypto payment?
Our crypto payments require a manual update from our payments team. We usually confirm payments on the next business day or sooner. Please send in a screenshot of your transaction hash to [email protected] and we will do our best to get your payment confirmed before next shipping day.
How long does it take to confirm a cash by mail payment?
Cash by mail is one of the slower to confirm payments at Kind Seed Co. Our payments team has to go to the mailbox and then update manually for each payment. Since we don't check our mail everyday and only Monday to Friday, this can result in up to 2 days delays in communication. To date, we have never lost a cash payment in the mail but sometimes it takes us a couple days to confirm your payment even if tracking says it arrived. We appreciate your understanding.
