At the discretion of our support team, we will give you replacement seeds when yours don't germinate.
You can only apply only once per order and the procedure starts with filling out this form.
Our team reserves the right to deny claims for any reason.
Please note, if you have trouble with a particular strain, the replacements could be from the same batch and won't be covered for guarantee. We will let you change the strain in some instances, so mention on your ticket what strain you would like instead.
We do not replace freebees or bogo's but we do pay shipping costs for germination requests.
We do not offer germination guarantees on wholesale seeds but our stocks are tested regularly and kept in a controlled environment.

A) you planted the seeds directly in soil or rockwool
B) your order is more than 3 months old
C) you have a history of asking for replacements every order
D) you are rude to our team
