Acapulco Gold Autoflower Seeds
We’ve heard amazing stories of Acapulco, the tourist filled beaches, the coveted weather, the extravagant nightlife, and even about the musical comedy video shot there by Elvis Presley. You don’t get a name like The Pearl of the Pacific for no reason. We can’t fly you there for vacation, but we can provide you with a special little indica inspired by this gem. When you want to go to your happy place, spark up a nice J of Acapulco Gold, lay back and envision yourself on a flamingo floaty. Even if it's dark outside, you can have the raging Mexican sun lighting a fire inside you. If you have a good chef nearby, this is a good strain to use for extracting THC into a butter to cook with. Taco Tuesday will never be the same after this. If you like to know which terpenes are the stars in the background to your strain, this one has alpha-pinene, humulene, and linalool.
Coming from the tropical region of Mexico, Acapulco Gold has the genes of a naturally occurring Mexican sativa, which is considered a landrace. After being crossed with a secret hybrid and the ruderalis plant to make it autoflower, it has morphed into an indica dominant hybrid. The flavor profile didn’t diminish at all in the evolution process. You get notes of citrus, berry, earthy, sweet, and blueberry.
A count of 23% THC is nothing to sneeze at, especially for this indica. There may be less than 1% CBD, but the wellness effects are still palpable and effective. If you are lacking sleep, bring out your favorite jammies tonight because your insomnia is out the window. So is your anxiety, arthritis, stress, depression and migraines. The list continues, so when cramps and inflammation kick in from sports, nature, or otherwise, this is the Gold you need to pull out of your medicine cabinet.
Get more seeds to guarantee more yields. You can expect a medium sized harvest here, with 500 - 600g per square meter inside or 450 - 550g per plant outdoors. As you can see, yields are comparable indoors and out, but by sheer volume you’d fare a little better outside. Either way, the flowering time is 9 - 11 weeks before harvest. The plant doesn’t have a high resistance to mold or other potentially damaging diseases, so be sure to pay attention. However, it is a beginner friendly strain so overall you shouldn’t have too much trouble as long as proper care is administered.
Indicas are known for their calming and relaxing effects, which holds true for this specimen. With the added effects of the hybrid genetics, you also get the feeling of being uplifted. If your eyes are open and you have a point of deep interest, you’ll have a keen focus and creativity burst that’ll help you see things in a new light. All of this has the underlying feeling of euphoria, which, let’s be honest, is the real reason you’re here. This isn’t a skunky strain, but the smell is still strong. The earthy notes are prevalent, but the dominating scents are the berries and the citrus. It really does smell like sunshine in the evening.

Its only been a few hours, so hopefully the others sprout one too. All in all a good start so far and I would buy again. Will no more once I can transplant and harvest.
