Welcome to the Kind Seed Co Wall of Shame. We believe in total transparency and aren’t going to sugarcoat things. Unfortunately, some former customers choose to publicly lie and slander our name rather than resolve issues fairly. Since third-party review platforms often restrict how we can respond to baseless attacks, we created this space to set the record straight. Here, we expose the truth behind our absolute worst customer interactions. We only feature individuals who have actively chosen to publicly attack our brand first. We stand by our service and refuse to let false claims go unanswered.

No. The only way to get on this list is give us a horrible review that doesn't depict enough truth to warrant authenticity. For example, saying that we refuse to send reshipments after we offer via email on one or more occasions. For example, saying that we stole your money and didn't send a package when we have tracking to show that we did. For example, telling stories about our terrible genetics after we refused to send you free seeds 1 year after your purchase.
