My P4P 44 fast fem seeds arrived early and were expertly packaged. I live in Canada and cannabis is legal. I have never used the recommended seed popping procedure. No soaking of seeds or finicky paper towels for me. Instead I sue pellets in a small enclosed plastic egg carton shaped mini greenhouse with heated seed mat to germinate all my seeds, regardless of what I am starting. I had 100% germination in two days. The seeds have been growing for only 13 days.
