Kind Seed Co’s Worst Customers Wall of Shame

We are not going to sugar coat this page. Its people who used to be customers lying publicly about us. We only post clients here who publicly slander us.

 

James Haggerty in XX, USA

This interesting character is either short a few french fries from his happy meal or is a deliberate and malicious liar scammer.

The real story:

We received an order and shipped it out fast. Next business day after payment.
Once the order is received James messages us and says he wants a refund because he only received 1 product.

He further explains that since we can’t get his order right, he can’t trust the seeds.

We have a no refunds or exchanges policy and we tried to work with James to see what the actual issue was.
Our agents tell him that we do replace any missing seeds and that we wanted to see a picture of what he received so we could understand his problem.

Then he claims that the vials in the order have no differences between them and he can’t see the difference.

We ask for a picture to understand the problem as its a first time for us hearing something like this.

Then he sends us a picture and the order is labeled and shows its likely he is being dishonest or incompetent.

We explained to him that the order was as it should be and that everything is labeled but we would replace any missing seeds and just needed to know about them.
He then claims that one package is missing a seed but he refused to reply to us about which strain so we could replace it.
Next thing we know there is a review on Trust Pilot. He edited it so many times, its hard to keep up.
Ultimately he is saying we refused to give him replacements for missing seeds.
But the truth is that there were no missing seeds that were reported to us.
His picture showed all the seeds in his order and he never bother to reply to us which single seed was missing from his order.
Because we are unsure if he is mentally fit, our risk management team decided to refund him.
He still updates his Trust Pilot review from time to time with more lies even though he got a refund and free order.

Why do you have a Wall of Shame?

Many platforms allow customers to complain but don’t give us the chance to share our side of the story in a meaningful way. So our goal with this page is to post our response to reviews online that we deem unfair.

What is a Wall of Shame?

These are a curation of bad reviews and the corresponding truth of what actually happened.

Will you put any customer on the Wall of Shame if they buy from Kindseed.com?

No. The only way to get on this list is give us a horrible review that doesn’t depict enough truth to warrant authenticity.

For example, saying that we refuse to send reshipments after we offer via email on one or more occasions.
For example, saying that we stole your money and didn’t send a package when we have tracking to show that we did.

For example, telling stories about our terrible genetics after we refused to send you free seeds 1 year after your purchase.

What can I do if my name is on this list and I want it removed?

Please contact support@kindseed.com after you have removed your public slanderous review. Many times your user is blocked, so it can be difficult to reach us if you have been particularly nasty.

Do you share information about customers with anyone?

No. Aside from this Wall of Shame that you have to attack us publicly to get on, we do not ever share your details with anyone for any reason.
