James Haggerty on Trust Pilot in 2025

This interesting character is a malicious liar scammer.

Fake Review

The real story:

We received an order and shipped it out fast. Next business day after payment.
Our team did everything possible to get him his order as quick as possible.

However…

LIE #1

Once the order is received James messages us and says he wants a refund because he only received 1 product.

Our team takes pictures of the products before shipping, so we knew that more items were shipped.

We also have a no refunds or exchanges policy that is posted on our website in several spots.
However, we do fix problems and replace missing seeds so our agents ask to see a picture of what he received so we could understand his problem.

LIE #2

Then James claims that the vials in the order have no differences between them and he can’t see the difference.

We continue to ask for a picture to understand the problem as its a first time for us hearing something like this.

We finally receive a picture and he is being completely dishonest. The order is clearly labeled.

We see the labels on the orders and the pictures didn’t match what James was saying.

However, we told him that we replace any missing seeds and just needed to know about them.

Lie #3

Next, James claims that one package is missing a seed.

Fair enough, we would give him the benefit of the doubt but he refused to reply to us about which strain so we could replace it.

Next thing we know there is a review on Trust Pilot. He edited it so many times, its hard to keep up.

Fake Review

Ultimately he is saying we refused to give him replacements for missing seeds.
But the truth is that there were no missing seeds that were reported to us.
His picture showed all the seeds in his order and he never bother to reply to us which single seed was missing from his order.
Because we are unsure if he is mentally fit, our risk management team decided to refund him.
He still updates his Trust Pilot review from time to time with more lies even though he got a refund and free order.
