Cultivation Profile: The Dense & Frosty Hydro Star

Cultivating Grape Stomper is an excellent project for growers with an intermediate level of experience. Despite what its name and flavor profile might suggest, this plant does not naturally turn purple. Instead, it develops into a short, bushy plant (reaching a highly manageable 3 to 4 feet in height) featuring medium green leaves and pale green buds. The flowers boast an incredibly dense Indica structural trait and become absolutely covered in dusty trichomes, making the resin-packed nuggets highly sticky post-harvest.

Indoors, the plants maintain their compact height and power through a 60 to 70-day flowering period to yield up to 350g/m². Outdoors, when exposed to plenty of warm sunlight and moderate humidity, cultivators can expect to harvest roughly 450 grams per plant by mid-October.

Grower’s Tips for Success:

• Hydroponics & Lighting: Because these plants do not grow very tall, expert growers highly recommend cultivating them indoors in a grow tent utilizing hydroponics and high-pressure sodium (HPS) lights. Bypassing soil for a water-based setup leads to improved nutrient absorption, faster growth, and larger overall harvests.

• Canopy Management: Low-Stress Training (LST) and early topping are the best methods for this strain. Adjusting the canopy ensures that the dense lower levels of the plant receive adequate sunlight and essential air circulation.

• Moisture Control: Maintain a humidity level around 50–70% during the vegetative stage, and strictly dial it back to 40–50% during the flowering stage to protect those incredibly dense buds from mold or mildew.

Flavor & Terpene Profile: Sweet & Sour Grape Candy

The Grape Stomper terpene profile is directly responsible for a mouth-watering aroma and flavor that perfectly mimics your favorite fruit snacks, heavily driven by caryophyllene alongside myrcene, limonene, and ocimene.
