I purchased three Wh…
I purchased three White Widow and three Blue Dream seeds in Feb of this year. Weed Seeds was cool and they threw in two additional Grape Kush seeds. All eight seeds germinated with a 100% survival rate. The Blue Dream is a very well formed plant, you can tell the genetics are strong. The plant required much less support structure comparitively to other sativas I have seen grown in the past. The White Widow are absolutely massive, over 8 feet tall at this point grown outdoors in southern-central BC. All the plants were grown in a very rich soil mix, with large amount of blood meal and bone meal. Upon initial transplant out of the seed starter cups they showed some leaf burn but once used to the new soil they grew extremely rapidly. The eight plants are all showing flowering now. It appears the Widow will be done first, they are showing large amounts of sugar leaf and calyx development. The Blue Dream will likely be the last to harvest, and has yet to start to form dense calyx. Someone asked if this is an appropriate strain for outdoors in Ontario with harvest end of September. I would say that is probably not the best strain for that purpose. The way things are looking now, I am expecting harvest mid-to late October. Yes this strain does require quite a bit of Nitrogen to grow properly. Would definitely purchase again from Weed Seeds…”
