Best dispensaries in Spokane

Best dispensaries in Spokane

This guide is general information for adults 21 and older. It is not legal advice. Cannabis laws in Washington and in Spokane can change, and so can store hours and licenses. Confirm a store’s license with the WSLCB before you visit.

Searching for the best dispensary in Spokane can turn up hundreds of names, paid ads and reviews you cannot verify. We took a different approach. Every store named below appears on official WSLCB records, and we explain where it is and why it made the list, without star ratings or made up rankings.

We do not accept payment for placement, and we do not rank stores by quality. Kind Seed Co does not sell cannabis products. We sell seeds to adults 21 and older for lawful home growing where it is allowed.

What Washington law says for buyers

Adults 21 and older in Washington can buy and possess up to one ounce of usable cannabis, 16 ounces of solid edibles, 72 ounces of liquid edibles and seven grams of concentrate. Public consumption is illegal, and so is using cannabis in a car.

Washington cannabis rules for buyers

Never drive after using cannabis, and keep products sealed and out of reach in a car. Taking cannabis across state lines is illegal under federal law, even between two states that allow it. Federal property, including national parks and airports, is also off limits.

How we built this list

We started with the official Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) records, accessed October 29, 2026. We kept only retailers on the WSLCB list with an active license and a street address in Spokane. Then we picked a spread of neighborhoods, so you can find a location close to where you are. We did not use paid listings, online star ratings or reviews, and the reason each location is listed is practical, such as location or access, not a claim about quality.

Licensed dispensaries in Spokane

Spokane has more licensed retailers than we list here. We picked a spread across downtown, the north side and the South Hill.

Getting around Spokane

Spokane stores sit downtown near Riverfront Park, along Division Street and Monroe Street on the north side, in Hillyard and on the South Hill. Spokane Transit buses run on Division and Monroe, but most visitors drive. Idaho is a short drive east, and Idaho does not allow cannabis, so keep any purchase in Washington.

How to check a license yourself

The WSLCB posts frequently requested lists of cannabis licensees, including all retailers with license number, address and status. Search the store’s address and confirm the license is a cannabis retailer with an active status.

How to check a Spokane dispensary license

A license check takes about a minute and is the best protection you have. Unlicensed sellers do exist, and their products skip state testing and labeling rules.

What to bring and what to expect

  • A valid government photo ID showing you are 21 or older. Stores check ID at the door and again at the counter.
  • Payment. Many stores take cash or debit only because of federal banking rules. Most have an ATM inside, often with a fee.
  • A plan. Menus can be long. Browse the store’s online menu before you go.
  • Purchase limits. Stores must follow Washington purchase limits, so large orders may be capped.
  • Time at checkout. Every sale is tracked, so lines can move slowly at busy times.

Tips for a first visit

Go at a quiet time, such as a weekday morning, so staff have more time to answer questions. Ask about product labels, packaging and storage, and keep everything sealed until you get home. Staff can explain product types, but they should not make health claims. For a longer checklist, see our guide, read this before you shop at a marijuana dispensary.

Red flags to avoid

  • A shop that is not on the official state list.
  • Products with no state label, batch number or test information.
  • “Gifting” setups where cannabis comes free with a sticker or T shirt.
  • Sellers who do not check ID.
  • Delivery offers from anyone other than a licensed business.
