Crypto Payment Problems: Wrong Network, Short Payment or Unconfirmed Order

Most crypto payment problems on a seed order come down to three cases. The network is wrong, the amount does not match the order total, or the payment is still waiting on our manual confirmation. This page tells you what not to do next and what to send us. Kind Seed Co confirms crypto by hand, usually within 24 hours, then ships from New York the next business day after confirmation.

First rule: don’t send again

If you already sent a payment and the order still looks on hold, don’t send a second payment. Message us with your order number and your transaction hash first. A second send can create a fresh problem on top of the first one.

Wrong network

Checkout coins must be sent on the network named in your order instructions. Wallets and exchanges often show more than one network with a similar coin name. A payment on the wrong network may never arrive in the wallet we watch for that order.

Symptom Likely cause What to do
Order still on hold after you sent Wrong network, short amount, or still waiting on hand confirmation Message us with order number and transaction hash
Wallet shows success, we show nothing Wrong network or wrong destination Message us; don’t send again
You used a message-first coin No checkout button for that coin You should have messaged through the contact page before paying

Short payment

Send the USD order total in the coin you chose. Network fees are separate and come from your wallet balance on top of that total. If you empty the wallet to match the total exactly, the fee can cut into the amount that arrives, and the payment lands short.

Unconfirmed or on-hold orders

We confirm crypto payments by hand. Our confirmation is not the same as a completed transfer in your wallet. Usual timing is within 24 hours, then shipping the next business day after that. If more time has passed, message support with the order number and hash rather than opening a new order.

Message-first coins

Some coins are not checkout buttons. For those, you message us through our contact page to arrange payment before you order. If you sent a message-first coin to an address you found somewhere else, stop and message us. Only use payment details from our reply.

What to include in your message

Send one message that has:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The coin and network you used.
  3. The transaction hash (and a screenshot if you have one).
  4. Whether you already sent once or more than once.

We’ll tell you what to do next. That matches the approved FAQ answer for wrong network or wrong amount.

How checkout is supposed to work

For coins at checkout (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Zcash, Dogecoin as of November 2, 2026), you choose the coin and place the order. Then follow the thank you page and email instructions, and send the USD total on the named network. Optional: email the hash to support@kindseed.com. Card is also available at checkout as of November 2, 2026. Checked on November 2, 2026.

Read the coin pages from the pay with crypto hub, and the primary page to buy cannabis seeds with Bitcoin.

What we won’t ask for

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, seed words or full wallet access. If a message asks for those, it is not from us.

Optional screenshot of the hash

Emailing a screenshot of your transaction hash to support@kindseed.com is optional and can speed up confirmation. Crop out other account data and unrelated balances. The hash string alone is often enough.

Message-first vs checkout, side by side

Checkout coins show a Pay with label in the cart. Message-first coins never do. If you planned to pay with a message-first coin and already built a cart, leave the cart, open the contact page, and wait for our reply before you send coins. Paying first and messaging later is how wrong destination cases start.

When card is the simpler path

Card is available at checkout as of November 2, 2026. If you cannot get the coin onto the right network, or you are unsure about fees, card avoids network mistakes. Paying with crypto doesn’t put a shop charge on your card statement, but buying the coin at an exchange first still shows the exchange.

After we confirm

Once we confirm, the order ships from New York the next business day. Tracking follows the shipping page process. If a carrier holds a package, that is separate from payment confirmation. Crypto does not change seizure risk on seeds shipped by mail.

Record you should store

Store the order number, the coin, the network, the hash and the date you sent. Spending crypto can be a taxable event. We don’t give tax advice. Those same records help if you need support later.

Hub and primary pages

If you still need to place a new order after a failed send, start from the pay with crypto hub so you pick a live checkout coin. Or open the primary page to buy cannabis seeds with Bitcoin. Message-first coins still require a contact message before any send.

Shipping after a fixed payment

When a short or wrong network case is sorted and we confirm, shipping follows the same New York next business day rule. Delivery windows and tracking are on the shipping page. Payment fixes do not change carrier rules.

Shop and support links

Browse the cannabis seeds catalog or autoflower seeds when you are ready to order again. Shipping details are on shipping and returns. Existing order help is on support. General answers are in the FAQ.
